Tired of Yo Yo Diet or traditional exercise?


Everyone knows how to get fit and lose weight: an hour of aerobic activity (treadmill, walking, jogging, aerobics, cross trainer, cycle) and go on a diet. Calories in. Calories Out. The problem with this low calorie, aerobic exercise model? It does not work in the long run. The truth is that the typical aerobic exercise program and calorie counting diet burns muscle not fat. CIRCUIT TRAINING
